11th Feburary 2005 was unforgettable..haha..Wat's worse then jetty jumping? haha..fly up! Yea..Yanni, Jie Lun and me agreed to sit the reverse bungee on Chinese new year. haha..everytime..whenever Xf goes to clarke quay..we'll sit by the riverside and talk cock..watching ppl taking the reverse bungee screaming their heads off..haha..and I wonder if I would really do that when I was up there...The answer lies today..lol..
Met Jl at tiong baru plazza to buy uno stacko while pk buys some dance CD..haha..once I met him..Jl kept talking about dying and pondering over the "what ifs" haha..Of course la..He felt quite nervous..Although I was initially quite calm before met him..hhaa...he made me nervous too. haha.. Met Yn at Outram Park Station at 7.. haix..then we were all talking about the bungee thing..yn was also pretty scared. Lol..then when we're going to washroom..Yn's Anklet broke.. haha..then she look at me and said.."ehh..My anklet broke leh..Bu hao de xian xiang"..wat the hell.. Then we took the lift from the control station to the top..haha..then I tried to act fearful of things going up..lol..when the lift went up..I gave the JL look..lol. Till then we're still talking about the "what ifs" haha.. "wat if the chain broke?" haha.."they change ropes every 400 rides..wat if we took the 399th ride?".. "hope the capsule land on the river lor".. "wat if the belt got loose"..
But heck..eventually we still got there..haha..then we stared at the bungee tower..haha..Yn was trying to bluff herself by saying that it the bungee ride wasn't that high..Lol..then JL hand's were dampened with cold sweat..mao len han..I was keeping quiet all along..haha..not that I was scared la..my heart wasn't thumping that bad..maybe because I had conquered this type of fear during P6 during the ride at Escape Theme park. But deep inside..haha..those 2 friends of mine can't help but make me feel abit uneasy. hehe..Yea..we saw a foreign couple sitting the reverse bungee before that.. haha..they took it pretty easily..haha. Then there was a small kid who ask for the price of the ticket..haha..then me and yn were like..wah lao..even small kid also want to take.. dun ponder anymore..just ride.. haha.. we bought the video as well..hoping to keep some dumb memories.. =P haha..then the small kid's mother appluaded us for our "dareness" lol.. Then she said "hope to see u back here soon" ..the kid said 2 words.. "one piece"..Lol.. here we go..
Yn sat at the centre..Jl took the right with the camera infront.. I took the left..so my voice couldn't be heard that well. hehe..then chain slowly pulled up..then we found ourselves lying down soon.. the capsule had left the ground above a few inches..ready for take off. Then the instructor asked us to "lie down your heads.." Then Up we Go~! haha..for wat seemed a split second we shot up from the ground up to the skies~! haha.. I was silent when we shot up..but once we got down..whoo hoo..feel the power of gravity! haha.. Yn screamed the moment we shot up..lol..and she nv stop screaming since. wahahah! The best part was when the capsule turns and u face the ground while the entire thing was dropping downwards as well. wahhaa.. only your harvest and the belt is supporting you..then suddenly you get pulled back up again. then you go upside down..singapore river's below you..everyone's watching.. with yn still screaming..hahaha.. guess I was alittle scared when the thing plunge down coz I kept holding on to the capsule...=P ..Then when we got down..haha..we suddenly found out the true meaning of life..haha..we survived~! The viewers clapped..lol..
yea..after that ride..we went to orchard..Jl wanted to buy posters..so we walked to HMV. haha..Nothing much ar the posters there..nothing nice.. but got some stupid posters la..like "why men cannot compare with chocolates".."steps to achieve orgasm" ..dumb la..haha..hmm..browse for CDs..then we went up and took Neoprints~! yea~! haha..it's been a long time since I played with this big photo taking machine..haha..and the last time I took neoprints was with the same ppl as well..haha..and the same place too~! yup..then let Yn choose the machine..eventually chose one..haha..then we took pics to comemorate this fateful day when we nearly threw our lives away..but sadly I forgot to ask them to do the JL's cock face look while taking pics to show that we sat the bungee..haha..I was thinking about that all along but I somehow forgot at tt pt of time. Hehe..nvm mind la..lol.. I think nxt time ba..when Im Botak from NS and we take pics again~!
Then we went to Cineleisure to Eat dinner..wahaha..Ate at long john's again~! =P nvm..I wanted to order grilled fish platter..but I forgot to mouth the word GRILLED..and I got the normal fried fish with curry rice..-.-
haha..then Yn was abit tired out le..can see her expression starting to fade..maybe after all the screaming.. become tired le.. haha..while taking the neoprints she also seem abit blur.. Then we went up to K box..to check out the pricing..haha..Jl was making some stupid jokes about K box..that u go there not to sing but to give u a box for u to "K"...haha..dumb. Then we went to the youth park watch dancers do their thing..haha..cool man..they can really move with the music..haha..then we're talking abt good guy dancers having to lose their manliness to dance well..
Hehe..go home le..then Me and Jl was talking about new business ideas while taking the bus ride home..wahaha..got really some SICK ideas man..Jl's real sick..then we're laughing all the way till the interchange.. haha..LBKK products~!
