Wow! You mean I get to perform infront of VIPs of the rotary club? That was my first expression when I heard the news from Miss Tan that we're invited to perform for the Rotary club 40th Anniversary~!
Yea..to me it's once in a life time la..I wouldn't mind performing upstage again with my buddies..ever since the SyF. We met a 5pm at goodwood park hotel..some 5-6 star hotel..whoo hoo.. I came early..then saw Marissa and Miss Tan there already. hmmm..then the rest came soon after..some J1s like Kai Yuan and tian Yu came too.
After the stage was set up we went through a few rounds of playing..then The guests start to come. Then I saw some interact club members, The Principal..Ms Koh and Mr Ganesh attending the dinner~! whoa~!! sia la..now the school's looking at us perform! haha.. Then we were told to wait in the waiting area while they were commencing their speech. hmmm..along that time we're playing the guitar singing songs..then Tian Yu and Kai Yuan Found a seat to take pictures.. haha..then we all took pics..one pic I was embraced by Eugene and Qi ren..haha..the last performance we can play as an ensemble le..
Yea..it was time to go up stage..and yep.. it's time to show wat YJ is made of! muahhaa..I guess we pulled of quite a decent show..I hope they like it..I was so nervous that I pulled alot of errors.. haix..Qi Ren was like stage fright free.
After the performance Miss tan told us that they will pay for the dinner for us..haha..so we took the advantage and went to swensens~! haha..cool.. then we ordered individually..then ordered earthquake! Poor Hung Loong.. He ordered pizza and it took like centuries to get to him! haha.. =P
Haix..It's so nice to hang out with my guitar peeps..I guess they have been special ppl that was there to accompany me in my JC life.. It's like we're met to get together.. it's planned for us to this.
Like wat Mr A said..maybe God has a plan for all of us..It was fate that brought us together as an ensemble..bring Mr A to us..have Miss tan as our I/C.. and to be able to play world class guitars on stage..
