Firecrackers..

My week seems so hectic..I came home everyday at 7+..now at least I got some free time. Haha..it’s Saturday again..I didn’t sms the XF peeps coz I was bz with work and guitar. But Yn was the one who smsed me to help out in the sms-ing. Haha.. and we still had our basketball session~

Yep…Reached cck at 1+..but not many ppl came..fab couldn’t make it..mel was in taiwan..no reply from sk..pk came to dye his hair..haha..Jl came even though he was sick.. Ac came..Yn came..ml came..des came. We slacked in my house first..doing nothing but reading papers and watching Tv while waiting for Pk’s hair to be ready..zzz..haha..

Then when he was finally done..only then we went down to play. Pk didn’t want to play because of a match the next day..so Jl, me, Yn and Ml played 2v2 first.. lol..But Me and Jl was in one team while Yn and ml in another.. lol..battle of the sexes. Hahaha..but it was fun though..coz the girls had to really play hard..LOL.. while we just slacked..Lol..making fun of them by pulling some stupid tricks, stealing balls and blocking shots. Haha..and we made fun of ourselves by doing impossible tricks and make stupid mistakes. Then it’s so easy to steal the ball from ml..coz all you gotta do is to make her laugh and she’ll drop to the ground releasing the ball…hahaha~ Then we played 1 v 3..and I was the one in that “one man team” lol.. so super tiring la!!

Hmmm..Then Pk and Jun Rong played with us in the end..haha..3v3~! Then I got hit by pk and jl’s back passes.. Pk’s back pass hit me in the chest..while Jl’s ball flew to my face..haha.. I also dumb to just stand there and get hit by his back pass..haha..then I pulled off some tyco moves.. did a rebound and an alley-oop that was sooo lucky..

I left early though..and got to Chinatown to meet laura.. Chinatown had some firecracker ceremony in conjunction for the New Year. Hmm..we got there early to get good places to see the firecrackers. Haha..We did get a good view of the firecrackers..lol..at first I tot the firecrackers they were going to set off were the ones hanging on the bridge..but I didn’t notice there was 5 very long ones hanging from the rooftop of a shopping center.. haha..Laura also didn’t notice them so when I pointed the long firecrackers to her..she went “Oh My God!” hahaha..then one auntie turned around and looked at us..lol..but we waited for very long wor..coz PM was giving speech..and many other ppl were giving speeches..argh..but I the wait was worth it coz the firecrackers were splendid! Haha..or maybe we haven watched a single cracker go off once in our 17 years of life..but it’s very nice..haha..Chinese version of fireworks? Lol..But bits of stuff flew into our eyes..hmm..wonder wat was it..

After the watching firecrackers. We went to Maxwell to have our dinner..But it was so crowded that we had problems going out.. eventually we got out and reached Maxwell..haha..and we’re so lucky..the stall selling hum ji pang was still open! Haha.. then we queued up. The stall was quite special coz you get to do the frying of the hum ji pang while the boss makes the dough..haha..I let Laura do the frying because tt was the fun part ma..lol.. we actually decided to take turns but I saw her so engross in frying that she fried 8 instead on 7 hum ji pangs..haha. Had chicken rice later.. then we walked around Chinatown for awhile and we walked from Chinatown to Clarke quay. Wahaha..Clarke quay so much quieter than Chinatown..lol.. we walked along the stalls..haix..but cannot go in..haha.. then we sat at the stairs along the river waving to incoming boats..lol.. then we watched the ppl riding the bungee screaming at the top of their lungs when the capsule shot up. We sat there and chatted and then we left home..
