We Won!!! Clementi Town Basketball team defeated Regent Secondary school in their second match!!! After being defeated by Westwood sec by 8 pts last few days ago..CTSS had to go for their second match agaianst Regent secondary school!!!
you might be wondering Why I seem so excited? It seems like another normal match..but to me and many others it's not. Andrew got to know the regent basketball team well..he got to know them when he joined us at Limbang Basketball court to play bball during the holidays..Lolx..so Me, Jie Lun think that both regent and clementi standards were the same..so we wanted to know who would really win..SK even brought a video camcorder to take down the match..I took my cyber-shot along with me but it wasn't of any good use as the videos i took were shaky..I couldn't keep me hand still as the camera is too small! =PPppPHmmM..clementeens lead all the way through out the 1st and 2nd quarter but the opponent nearly caught up with us in the 3rd!! Phew* and the crowd was really going wild..the regenites were cheering like hell and inorder not to lose out we had to cheer louder than them. We CT supporters were giving pressure to the opponents when they were shooting free throws..lolx..
At the near end of the last quarter clementi then began by dragging the winning points further..making the opponent to catch up...ctss was nearly demoralise when their captain, Gary and Vice-Captain, Andrew were both foul out..luckly the team was able to hold on..Congrats Ctss!!! You're first victory has given alot of hope for the next match against Nan Hua...Gd luck!!!
